Plassim manufactures advanced piping systems for the electrical and telecommunication cables. Plassim’s factory produces PVC pipes for underground cables. PVC is a self-extinguishing material, making the pipes suitable for high-voltage cable ducts.

The piping systems are tough enough to withstand external soil and traffic loads. The electric and communication pipes are manufactured according to the requirements of the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission). The products are licensed to be marked with Israeli Standards Mark according to the Israeli Standard 61836-24 (IEC61836-24). In addition to pipes, Plassim supplies a variety of fittings for this purpose including wall transitions, etc. Its customers in the electric and communication sectors include the Israel Electric Corporation, telecommunications companies, contractors, etc.
